Iraqi Recount

There is a partial recount underway in Iraq that, ironically, is being conducted in a manner that is inconsistent with the reasoning of the Supreme Court in Bush v. Gore when it held that a partial recount violated the equal protection rights of the people whose votes were not being recounted.
